Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Diamond, Gold, and Elite Membership Programs (collectively, the “Memberships”) offered by Christian Lombardo Photographs (the “Company”). By enrolling in a Membership, the client (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Term.
Membership Enrollment & Fees
Memberships are available in three tiers:
• Diamond Plan: C$6.50 per month
• Gold Plan: C$13.00 per month
• Elite Plan: C$19.00 per month
Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and are valid for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of enrollment, unless earlier terminated in accordance with these Terms. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Membership Benefits
Free Sessions
• One complimentary (mini package within 48 km radius of Vaughan) session is provided annually, redeemable only after twelve (12) months of membership.
Discounts & Rewards
• Diamond Members receive a 5% discount on all packages and 5,500 reward points per booked session.
• Gold Members receive a 5% discount on all packages and 10,000 reward points per booked session.
• Elite Members receive a 5% discount on all packages and 15,000 reward points per booked session.
• Discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorized by Christian Lombardo Photographs.
• Reward points have no cash value.
Additional Benefits
• Gold and Elite Members receive: Protection Plan coverage, sneak-peek images (two per session, delivered within 48 hours), a birthday gift, unlimited online gallery access, and access to digital contracts.
• Elite Members additionally receive five (5) complimentary edited images per booked session.
Term, Renewal, and Cancellation
Memberships are valid for 12 months from enrollment. Cancellation or termination is not allowed during this period. Members must pay all monthly dues for the full term. After 12 months, Memberships can be:
• Renewed automatically unless the Member cancels in writing before the renewal date.
• Cancelled by the Member without penalty after the initial term ends.
Christian Lombardo Photographs reserves the right to terminate a Membership for misuse, abuse of benefits, or breach of these Terms.
Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to Christian Lombardo Photographs availability. Complimentary sessions canceled without appropriate notice will be deemed redeemed.
Digital Access & Support
Membership includes unlimited access to online galleries, use of digital contracts, and access to dedicated support services. Christian Lombardo Photographs shall not be liable for any interruptions in service caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Memberships is limited to the total fees paid by the Member during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, as permitted by law.
Modifications to Membership Programs
Christian Lombardo Photographs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Membership Programs, including these Terms, at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes in advance, and continued participation in the Membership will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Member and Christian Lombardo Photographs with respect to the Memberships and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written. By enrolling in a Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
