Cancellation Policy⦁ In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the deposit fee or any other previous payments will not be refunded*. Cancellations made three weeks prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Christian Lombardo Photographs. ⦁ In the unlikely event that we must cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, an effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time. If reschedule is not possible, we will provide a full refund of all money paid by the customer. ⦁ Force Major: Christian Lombardo Photographs is not liable for a failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of weather war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. This means no refunds will be issued.* *You may qualify for a full or partial refund if you purchased the “Protection Plan” or if allowed by our Policies.

Reschedule Policy⦁ Customers may request rescheduling of their session at no additional charges (within 5 hours prior to the session) only if the "Protection Plan" was previously purchased. In case the “Protection Plan” wasn’t purchased, rescheduling is allowed with a fee until 10 hours before the session. Protection Plan PolicyWhen the "Protection Plan" is added to your session, If you cancel your session within five hours of the scheduled time, we will refund the amount you paid (excluding the protection plan fee). The Protection Plan allows you to reschedule the session as many times as you want, within five hours of the original session, without incurring any additional charges. Please be advised that this service can only be added during the purchase of the package. It is not possible to add it later on. The current price is $35.

How do I book a session?Booking a session is easy and convenient. You can request a Free Quote and fill out the Form by providing some basic information. From there, once you receive the Price Quote, you can either accept, request changes or ignore it. If you decide to accept the Price Quote, an email will be sent for you to book a phone call in order to discuss about additional details and to reserve your date. If you have any questions or specific requests, feel free to reach out, and we will be more than happy to assist you in planning your photography session. Instead, you can also directly book one of our pre-made packages.

What are the steps to book a session?To book a session, the first step is to visit our Website or social media pages to view our Portfolio and familiarize yourself with our style. Once you have a clear idea of the type of session you are interested in, whether it's a family portrait, engagement shoot, or corporate headshots, you can reach out if you have any concerns or you can request a Free Quote or directly booking one of our pre-made packages. What happens when I request a Price Quote?When you request a price quote, it will be sent to your email. Review it carefully. If you are satisfied with the price quote, accept it. If you need alterations, contact us to request the necessary changes. Upon acceptance of the price quote we sent, we will automatically schedule your session for the date and time you provided in the quote application. Upon booking, you will receive an invoice for payment of a deposit fee or the full invoice amount.
