Welcome to Christian Lombardo Photographs's Loyalty Program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older who are legal residents of Canada. Employees of Christian Lombardo Photographs and its affiliates may be excluded from program participation.
Enrollment
To join, customers must create an account through www.christianlombardophotographs.ca. Enrollment is free, and no purchase is required.
Earning Points
Points are earned by making qualifying purchases at participating locations or online. Points accumulations are subject to promotional guidelines and may vary.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed to book only a photography session. To use the “Session Discount” reward, 50,000 points are required to receive a $50 discount on any of our packages (excluding “Built Packages”). To use the “Free Individual Basic Package” or “Free Couple Basic Package” reward, 110,000 points are required. Please note that rewards points cannot be redeemed for “Built Packages.” These points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiration of Points
Points will expire after six months of account inactivity. Inactivity means no points earned or redeemed and cannot be retrieved.
Account Management
Participants are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information. Christian Lombardo Photographs is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
Termination of Membership
Members can terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer service. Christian Lombardo Photographs reserves the right to terminate accounts for abuse or violation of these Terms.
Modifications to the Program
Christian Lombardo Photographs may modify or terminate the Program at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via Christian Lombardo Photographs Website/Email Notifications].
Privacy
Personal information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada where applicable.
