Clients who booked after December 1, 2025:

Your points will expire 6 months from the date they were earned. You can view your specific expiration date directly in your member area.

Clients who booked prior to December 1, 2025:

We invite you to redeem your existing points before December 31, 2025. Any unused points after this date will automatically reset to a $0 balance. The expiration date displayed in your member area may not be accurate. This applies only to customers who booked before December 1, 2025. Once points expire, we’re unable to refund or reinstate them.

NEW POINTS REDEMPTION TIERS

Starting today, we’re excited to introduce updated redemption options to give you more flexibility:

• 50,000 points = $50 session credit

• 150,000 points = $150 session credit

• 250,000 points = $250 session credit
